The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens were established in the late 1800s as part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s original design for South Park. The design called for an 11.4-acre conservatory and formal gardens. These deep roots and rich history are still observed today. In order to protect this national treasure, U&S Services collaborated with the Botanical Garden operations and management to install access control solutions that monitor main entrances, interior doors and office spaces. In addition to controlling access to the facility, video monitoring is performed throughout the space—parking lots, Botanical Gardens and Gift Shop.
